- MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSIS OF RFP-NCP-005-02. This is an modification to the synopsis issued July 3, 2002 changing the quantity for line item (5) from 250 rounds per case to 160,000 rounds. All other terms and conditions remains the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-AUG-2002).
