Description: The US Geological Survey intends to award a sole source contract to Kinemetrics Inc., of Pasadena, CA for 10ea. Altus Series Model K2, 4-channel accelerographs w/Caltech real time option; 6ea. Altus Series Model K2, 12-channel accelerographs w/Caltech real time option; and 10ea. Altus Series Model Etna, 3-channel accelerographs. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This COMMERCIAL ITEM acquisition will be accomplished above the Simplified Acquisition threshold. All interested parties may submit a capabilities statement for review to the Contracting Officer.
