Description

NA ERDC-CERL requires research services for the Field Demonstration and Testing of a new generation biofilter treating gas emissions containing xylene at various operational conditions at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. Period of service will be no later than December 31, 2003. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with the University of Iowa. Request for Proposal (RFP) DACA42-03-R-0021 will be issued on or about April 15, 2003 with a closing date of May 15, 2003. The solicitation is only available in electronic format from the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) website: http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/.
