Description

NA This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to IEEE, 445 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, N.J. 08855-1331, to provide the Academy a one year contract for on-line subscription service for ASPP and POP on-line subscriptions available only via IEEE's web-site. Award amount is estimated to be $54,990. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other suppl ies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 518111 and the size standard is $21.M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and q ualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days i n lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
