Description

The government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to contract F16602-99-D0016 with Thermal Solutions Inc., 6944 North Hanley Road, Hazelwood MO 63042-2933, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform management and operation of the refuse and recycling services located at Barksdale AFB LA. The current contract F16602-99-D0016 with Thermal Solutions Inc. can no longer be extended. The purpose of this modification is to allow the government sufficient time to finalize the new acquisition. Since refuse and recycling service is necessary on a continuing basis due to mission requirements, negotiations with the incumbent contractor are required to continue service with the least amount of disruption and cost to the government. The NAICS code for this service is 562119.
