Description

The purpose of this modification is to state Tektronix TDS1002 Brand name or equal with the following minimum specifications: Bandwidth: 60 MHz or more Channels: 2 or more Sample Rate (each channel): 1.0 GigaSamples/second 8 bit vertical resolution AC, DC, and ground coupling on inputs Input Impedance: 1 Megaohm or more Time Base Range: 5 ns to 50 seconds per division or greater Display: LCD backlit (color or black or white) Storage: Nonvolitile waveform storage for 2,2500 point waveforms or more Weight: 2 Kilograms or less (4.4 pounds) without accessories Portable, has a carry handle Operating Temperature 0 deg Celcius to 50 degrees Celcius or greater Power Input: 110 or 220 Volts AC, 50 or 60 Hertz line frequency. Unit should come with a US style power cord plug. Must include a users manual, power cord, NIM/NIST Certificate of Calibration, at least one 200 MHz probe, and a soft carrying case.
