Description: This publication serves as the intent to procure, on a one time sole source basis, from Wulfsberg Electronics of Prescott, AZ, software, services, and material required to upgrade 7 radios model RT-5000 multiband aviation trasceivers used for aircraft communications. These existing radios will be upgraded to be compatible with other radios currently in the inventory. This simplified acquisition will represent the only official notice to meet this requirement.
