Description

The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), Stennis Space Center, MS has requirements for 15,000 ft of 1-5/8 inch 8-strand plaited polypropylene rope and 8,200 ft of 2-1/4 inch 8-strand plaited polypropylene rope. The rope shall be made in accordance with NDBC Specification NDBC-8080 Rev C dated 06/13/01. Delivery shall be 90 days ARO, FOB Destination. All documentation and certifications must be delivered to and approved by NDBC seven days prior to shipment of rope. Requests for the solicitation package must be made by fax, e-mail or mail. No phone requests will be accepted. The solicitation package will be available on or about April 15, 2003. This solicitation is set aside for small business. See Numbered Note #1.
