SOLICITATION- REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS N68711-03-Q-1028, FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACT FOR SEWAGE SLUDGE, GREASE TRAP AND SEPTIC TANK PUMPING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CENTER, TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA: To submit an quotation, complete the pricing schedule and Offeror Representations And Certifications--Commercial Items, pages 1 though 17 (include company name, address, phone number, and E-mail address) and return them to this office no later than the date specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. Description of Work: The intent of this contract is to obtain Pumping, Cleaning, and Inspection of Sewage Sludge Waste Pits, and Grease Traps and Septic Tank Pumping as specified herein, at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. This is a combination Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, specialized vehicles, supplies, supervision, and management, necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled services as programmed, and to complete and submit required reports as specified herein. The systems to be serviced are located of the main-side MCAGCC and Camp Wilson (on-base) and Vista Del Sol Military Family Housing Area (off-base), both located approximately 10 miles from the MCAGCC main gate. Unacceptable waste materials that are not included in this contract are Animal byproducts or Infectious materials. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 562991, which can be found at http://www.naics.com/search.htm. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Plans and Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet. It is therefore the Contractor?s responsibility to check the below listed address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation?s plans and specifications. The address for downloading this solicitation, including a detailed statement of work, from the Internet is: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Download from the Internet is free of charge; however, some plans and specifications will take a considerable amount time to download. The complete solicitations also available from the Federal Business Opportunities website at http:\\www.fedbizopps.gov. A work Site Visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM, local time, 16 April 2003 at the ROICC office, Bldg. 1138T1, MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms, CA. Only one Site Visit will be offered. NOTE: All Federal Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, new contract awards can only be made to contractors who are registered in the CCR.
