Equipment is located at the Naval Hospital, Ophthalmology Department, 2080 Child Street, Jacksonville, FL. System includes STAR S3 Active Trak Excimer Laser; patient chair; printer; accessory kit; physician's stool; software license. Also included: lensometer; service for term of lease; Star S4 Excimer Laser System upgrade for the system; VISX WaveScan WaveFront System.
