Description

NA The Comanche Program Manager?s Office (PMO) has a requirement to provide Multi-Sensor Utilization and Integration for Targeting Enhancement (M-SUITE) for the Forward Looking Infrared Receiver (FLIR)/Radar sensor fusion in the Engineering Manufacturing Deve lopment (EMD) Program to achieve Aided/Auto Target Recognition during high speed wide area search, both on the move and from hover, and against stationary and moving targets. A data collection effort is required to finalize requirements and provide proof of principle capability for the Comanche FLIR/Radar sensor fusion requirement. The contractor will support the M-SUITE data collection that will utilize a Fire Control Radar and Comanche Radar Antenna that will be installed on the Longbow PVD-027 Apache a ircraft for the data collection to be performed at Yuma Proving Grounds, Arizona. The Comanche Radar data will be recorded via an existing instrumentation pallet system and recording system. Following completion of the data collection, the contractor wil l reduce the recorded Radar data and reformat the data for use by the M-SUITE Sensor Fusion Algorithm developer. This requirement is sole source to Longbow Limited Liability Corporation (LLLC), 5798 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL 32822. This synopsis is for information purposes only. Please see note 22.
