PRON: AX360835AX, NSN: 5306-01-326-4211, PN: 145DS303-5, Quantity: 1,738 eac h applicable to CH-47. Delivery to Texarkana, TX, Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 1,738 each 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 138 DACA. Required de livery without FAT is 1,738 each 150 DACA. This is a Flight/Critical Safety Item Part. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, CAGE 77272, Valley-Todeco, CAGE 06710 and SPS Technologies, CAGE 56878 because this part requires engineering source appr oval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). A ll offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessisng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing d ate annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be proc essed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 1 21470.
