Description
DTCG87-03-B-643097 Paint Loran Station Building, Signal Building, and Transmitter Building. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, tools and other related items as specified in the summary of work, and required for painting the specified buildings at U. S. Coast Guard Loran Station St. Paul, Alaska. The Station Building is a one-story dwelling consisting of approximately 11,000 square foot of floor area. The Signal building is a one-story building consisting of approximately 6,395 square foot, and the Transmitter building is one story and approximately 3,866 square foot area. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The time for substantial completion of work on this project is forty five (45) days from start date. The estimated start work date is early May 2003, with all work to be completed prior to 31 July 2003. All work must be coordinated with CG Loran Station St. Paul, often on short lead-time. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320 and the applicable size standard is $12.0 million dollars in average annual receipt for the past three years. All responsible sources may submit a bid. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
