Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a cost plus fixed fee Delivery Order under Naval Air Systems Command contract N00019-02-D-3062 with Orbital Sciences Corporation, Chandler, AZ. The Delivery Order will provide for flight operations support for two (2) VANDAL aerial taget presentations at the Wallops Island, VA Flight Facility. Orbital is the only known source with the technical expertise and proprietary data to provide the required engineering support in the time frame required.
