Description: NA This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Impac Medical Systems, Inc and not a request for competitive quotes. Impac Medical Systems, Inc is the only known source to have access to the proprietary software that is req uired. This requirement is to provide annual remote support to include software updates on a oncology management system at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The period of performance will be for a base year 1 April 2003 thru 31 March 2004 and (4) four option periods. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.**** Note 22 Applies.
