Description: NA STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Total living space under air conditioning shall be at least 920 sq. ft. 2. Accommodations shall include furnished one bedroom (carpeted), living room and dining room (carpeted), bath room and dressing room, one half bath, kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave, and utility room with washer and dryer. Furnis hings shall be like-new condition (without scratches, dents, and tears) and shall include at a minimum one queen size bed, dresser, dining room table with four chairs, sofa, two lounge chairs, color television with digital cable provided. 3. Local telephone service shall be included in the cost of the accommodations. Water, electric and digital cable service shall be included in the cost. 4. Each accommodation shall have a connecting porch or balcony. 5. The apartment/hotel complex shall be gated and have an entrance guard service. Additionally, the complex shall have a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, and indoor gym available for the occupants. 6. The complex shall be within 5 miles of Hq, U.S. Southern Command (3511 NW 91st Avenue Miami, Fl 33172).
