Description

The Department of Homeland Security,Border and Transporation Security intend to award a sole source delivery order directly to Infotel Systems, Inc., 6008 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA, 23228-5502. The delivery order will represent a renewal to the agency?s existing Infopak Datacom maintenance delivery order. The CBP intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and not solicitation document is available. A determination not to compete this proposed delivery order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the CBP. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of price comparisons only.
