- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Rhode Island has a requirement for the following service. CLIN 0001 Abate lead, prepare and epoxy paint interior and exterior of 8 feet X 8 feet X 20 feet Conex Boxes, 10 each. CLIN 0002 Abate lead, prepare and epoxy paint interior and exterior of 8 feet X 8 feet X 40 feet Conex Boxes, 1 each. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Fixed Price Type Contract. The contractor must comply with all the OSHA regulations for worker safety and DEM Air Pollution Regulation No. 24. All waste generated must be properly disposed of as lead waste unless proved otherwise by a TCLP samples. A request for quotation will be released approximately on 2003 FEB 24 and will close 2003 MAR 04. NAICS: 541990, $60M and is set aside for small business.
