Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires a study of the alignment of two currently used English/Language Arts assessments to their English/Language Arts standards. The main focus of the study is to answer the research question: "To what extent are the DoDEA English/Language Arts standards assessed DoDEA-adopted English/Language Arts assessments?" The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, methodology, computer analyses and resources to conduct a study of the alignment between the DoDEA English/Language Arts assessments and the DoDEA English/Language Arts content and performance standards and report the results of this study. The planned contract type is firm fixed price with a period of performance of 2-months from date of award. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contract award will be evaluated using a best value source selection process. The solicitations will be available on or about 24 March 2003. DoDEA is issuing this solicitation electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitations at http://www.eps.gov or hard copies will be available upon request from the DoDEA Procurement Office - Arlington, VA. Response to this RFQ shall be received not later than 11:00 AM EST, 11 Apr 03.
