This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Regions 3 & 4 that include all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of sta ndardizing Exam Table Paper as listed in the subject line above. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company?s return policy, must provide company?s distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, and must provide electronic and hard-copy o f proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Available in Smooth and Crepe Finish; available in a variety of width and lengths; Tear resistant- able to withstand patient?s weight without tearing; Absorbent- able to withstand fluids without leakage or tearing; non-abrasive surface to protect patient?s skin; and easy to unroll and detach used portion. Respondents must address all criteria listed above. Please send your response along with literature and representative product samples (enough to share with a 10 person Clinical Evaluation Team) of your company?s exam table paper to Mr. Vincent Pacchiana, LPN at the following address: Southeast Regional Medical Command BLDG 40707, 40th Street Ft.
