Description

NA Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to provide and install bridges, hoists, cranes and support structures at Anniston Army Depot Bldg 130. Contractor shall verify all dimensions and necessary work to be performed in the field and shall advis e the Contracting Officer of any discrenpacies before performing the work. CLIN 0001 - Quantity 2 each, Furnish and install two each 1/2 ton bridge crane and support structure for buffing area of building 130 at Anniston Army Depot. The cranes shall be fre e standing light rail design. The contractor shall relocate 4, 1/2 inch air lines and 3 electrical drops. The line should then be tie into the existing air and electrical lines and the end of the new crane structure. The contractor shalll also remove th e existing jib boom and air manipulators and place them outside the building. Performance period is 120 calendar days after date of award. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 333923. This solicitati on will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Estimated issue date is 28 Apr 03. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
