Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source the following: Non-personal services to provide for reporting, document management and systems problems at the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office. Period of performance is 1 April through 30 September 2003, approximately 500 hours. Consultant will receive guidance issued by the JPPSO-COS/Management, Information and Plans Chief. The NAICS code is 611420 and the small business size standard is $6M. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer at their discretion and direction are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be submitted within three days after this electronic posting.
