Description: MICROSOFT TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: The government intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source, commercial purchase order with Microsoft Consulting Services for technical support services to include labor, support services and travel to ACC facilities as required. The services to be provided are to support the proprietary Microsoft-based architecture for the Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) centric operations. This procurement is authorized in accordance with 10. U.S.C. 2304 (c )(1). The proposed solicitation is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302- 1. No solicitation documentation exists. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals via e-mail to Lois.Nicholson@Langley.AF.MIL. or Nora.Ball@Langley.AF.Mil. Telephone requests will not be honored. A determination by the government to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
