- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 91= 3 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to provide the following medical equipment for the Operating Room:=20 flexible cystoscopes. NAICS Code 421450/ size standard: 100 employees. This acquisition is for full and open competition.
