Description

The American Embassy in Bogota, Colombia has a requirement for three DX480 Digital X-ray machines. The machines shall meet the following specifications: DX480 Receptor, preview workstation, preview software, preview monitor, NEC 17" flat panel monitor, superstand 400 DX (need to specify right or left hand load), generator, 3p, 480UAC, 1 tube, pedestal, console, 14 X-ray tube, collimator, high voltage 20FT, ultra flex cables, manufacturer's one-year warranty, installation, technical, maintenance support for one year, and on-site-training. All vendors may contact Barbra Postell for a copy of the specifications. The Government will make an award based on Best Value to the Government--to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications and is most advantageous to the Government. A technical evaluation of all offers will be conducted by the end-users. For those offers meeting all technical specifications, price and delivery time ARO will then be considered as evaluation factors. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer.
