- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a One-Year Lease for 2-Shower/Restroom Mobile Trailers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F77RTS30410400. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332311, with a small business standard size of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for 2- Shower/Restroom Mobile Trailers, 8? x 53?. It has to be self-contained with holding tanks, at least 800 gallons capacity or more, for graywater storage. The location for the two-shower/restroom mobile trailer does not have any running water. The contractor should provide at least 100 ft water hose. Each trailer should have at least 3 or 4 shower stalls, 3 toilet stalls, 3 urinals, 3 sinks/mirrors, and electric outlets. Generators should be provided to heat water and run electrical currents. The Government would provide 3-500 gallon capacity, water tanks. Each trailer should be divided for male and female use. The two-shower/restroom mobile trailers are to be delivered, FOB Destination, not later than 21 April 2003, to Eglin AFB, Florida.
