Description

Multnomah Falls Reservoir Recoating Project - Offers are being sought for the recoating of the interior and exterior of the 35,000 gallon steel domestic water reservoir located at Multnomah Falls, Highway 84, at Exit 31, in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah County, Oregon. Work will consist of recoating the interior and exterior of the 35,000 gallon steel domestic water reservoir, making plumbing modifications to the water system, providing temporary facilities for maintaining supply and pressure for the water system while the tank is off-line. Estimated price range for the project is $100,000 to $250,000. Because Multnomah Falls is a high use recreational area, work is expected to begin after the Labor Day Holiday weekend, on or about September 2, 2003. The Contract Time is 45 Calendar Days.
