Description

NA The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform medical laboratory testing services for human patient specimens to be furnished by the Government. The contractor will notify by telephone and FAX all results to the Government wit hin one (1) hour after receiving specimen(s)and a hard copy of the results will be mailed within three (3) days. The contractor must be local and will perform this service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. The services s hall be a standard practice at the contractor's facility on a daily basis. The contractor will provide test results within an hour of receipt to satisfy STAT testing requirements. The personnel performing the testing will posses training and experienc re quired by applicable standards of laboratory certifying agencies. There will be a Requirements Contract issued with a Base Period and 4 Option Periods. All interested responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation by FAX or E-Mail.
