Description

NA A sole source procurement is contemplated with Flir Systems, Inc. 16 Esquire Road, N. Billerical, MA 01862 for the purchase of five (5) ea Thermal Imaging System, Pre-owned, ?Inframetrics? Model 760, to included the following accessory packages for each s ystem. Scanner and Control Electronics; 20 degree FOV Lens (1X); AC Power Supply (95-250V, 50/60 Hz); Operations Manual; 1.25M Scanner Cable; Shipping/Carrying Case; Pre-Owned 7 Degree Telescope Lens 3X (#07335-200); 700 Series Scanner Cable, 8M (#07586-002) and Battery Pack. Also to include five (5) ea Auto-Focus Motors for PM 760. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. (C)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole source negotiation with Flir Systems. The solicitation (DABJ19-03-T-0030) is available through the Army?s Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil and through the U.S. Army Contracting Agency ? Dugway Proving Ground site at https://www.dugway.army.mil/10-3_ContractingDivision.htm. Responses are due 20 March 2003, 1600 (MST). In the event either site is no t accessible, responses may be faxed at this number (435) 831-2103.
