Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The items listed herein are the only products that meet the minimum needs of the government and thus constitute a BRAND NAME only requirement; no equals will be accepted. The manufacturer of all the products below is Onan. These items are needed to replace current filters on two Meg Onan generators. The procurement is for the following items: (A) oil filter (part#: LF9001) 72 each (B) fuel filter; (part#: FS1006) 36 each (C) coolant filter (part#: WF2071) 36 each (D) primary air filter (part#: AF4674) 36 each (E) secondary air filter (part#: AF 4675) 36 each. Items(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later that 20 days after receipt of order. This solicitation, F1335930161000 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular Acquisition 2001-12 and DCN 20030301. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone business respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification Number, 3599, the North American Industry Classification System 421830, and the Business Size Standard or number of employees under this code is 500. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall prices are the evaluation factor.
