Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment, Norfolk, VA requires an informational retrieval system that offers to five (5) simultaneous users an entire range of military and commercial documentation, logistics and parts database services, and vendor catalogs via on-line capabilities with a Windows application on the World Wide Web using a standard browser. The system is to provide access to active military documents, such as military and federal specifications, standards, and intra-document links for data integrity. The speed with which information can be accessed, the ease with which it can be used, and the ability to expeditiously cross reference information between sources is vital. Additional detailed requirements will be provided with the solicitation. The award evaluation factors will be technical capability, past performance, and price. The award decision will be based on a Best Value determination. The Government also reserves the right to perform a hands-on evaluation of the proposed system to determine which product/service offers the best technical value to the Navy. NAICS: 541511.
