Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion of Mail and Supply room services at the NRCS State Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003.
