Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, Ca. has a requirement for a Laboratory Continous Decanter Centrifuge for fractionation of starch/protein slurries from wheat gluten separation with the following characteristics. 115v or 220v, explosion proof motor, capacity approximately 10 liters in 5 minutes, variable bowl speed 8-1000rpm, stainless steel construction, continuous operation, slenderness ratio: 3.0 or more (length to diameter).
