- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is WA2110-300073. The solicitation document incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses in effect as of the date of this solicitation. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 421430, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Award will be made to the lowest-priced quotation (covering all the items) from a responsible small-business source. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 (with appropriate blanks checked) apply to this procurement. There are no additional terms or conditions applicable.
