Description

*******AMENDMENT TO SYNOPSIS*********** Anticipated issuance of solicitation will be 12 March 2003. *************************************** THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Portable concrete shield blocks, 8 feet high, 55 each, to be built in accordance with Government drawing in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. This will be a web-posted solicitation. The solicitation will be posted to NECO web site: http://neco.navy.mil. The Government will distribute no hard copy solicitation or amendment documents. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendment thereto. Subsequent amendments to the solicitation, if any, will be promulgated ONLY via the NECO web site. Because this is a web posted solicitation, the Government does not maintain a Solicitation Mailing List. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the referenced web site early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that any amendment has been issued. The NECO web site, which is linked to FedBizOpps, is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for any offeror's inability to access the document posted on the referenced web site.
