- NA THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that provide the use of specialized professional expertise in the area of sustainable management of Army ranges and land assets. R equired capabilities for the Army’s Sustainable Range Program (SRP) include Supplying a framework to support the linkages that must be in place to have an effective, integrated approach for ensuring the long-term capability, availability, and accessibility of ranges and lands that support the Army's training and testing missions. Integrating and standardizing support for the Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) and the Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program. Integrating support with the facilities management, environmental management, munitions management, and safety program to ensure sustained availability and accessibility of the Army’s live-fire training ranges and maneuver training lands. Providing support to effectively identify and mitigate encroachment challenges at all levels. Working with and supporting HQDA, the Major Commands and the Installation Management Agency (IMA) to support an Army-wide uniform application of the requirements of the SRP. Specific requirements include providing: staff support to range and land planners at Headquarters and support agencies; cost and management analysis support; automated tools support; National Environmental Protection Act and environmental impa ct assessment/statements support; staff and operational support to Major Commands and Installation Management Agency Regions in GIS efforts; technical and personnel support to range operations, Range and Training Land Program, Integrated Training Area Mana gement program, Training Requirements Integration, Sustainable Range Awareness, Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance and Land Condition Trend Analysis; support for range and maneuver area maintenance, training aid support for training users; support to auto mated targeting systems and combat system ranges; range safety; unexploded ordinance; provide integrated planning and management to include land acquisition and munitions management; support for range sustainability and mitigation management; support for r elated natural and/or cultural resources services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 924120. Administration of Conservation Program. Your response shall include the following: size of company (i.e., 8 (a), Hubzone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB ), Small Business (SB), Veteran, all others), your total revenue for the past three years, past performance on similar work dating back 5 years, and your company’s capability to do this type of work.
