Description
The purpose of this modification is to change the following: FROM: BASIC YEAR OPTION TO: ANNUAL OUT YEAR OPTION This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 6110-01-423-0268BZ, P/N 9028274-10; Panel, Power Distrib; ACFT: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a quantity of 1 EA Basic period and an ANNUAL OUT YEAR OPTION with a quantity range of 1-5 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 31 OCT 03. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0CDN3 , Engineering Development Laboratories INC, 4391 Dayton-Xenia Drive, Dayton OH 45432. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A complete data package is not available to the government. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 23 Dec 02. Approximate response date is 16 Dec 02. All potential offerors should contact the buyer, Celeste R. Mullis at 478-926-7272, for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
