Description

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort type contract to CSC, Inc. for scientific, engineering, and technical assistance (SETA) services in the areas of agency operations, program management, program evaluation and assessment, financial planning and execution, as well as quick reaction and direct support for the newly-established deputate of Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance (MDA/QS.) The period of performance of this contract will be for 12 months, for approximately 10 labor years of effort. Award will be made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 21304 (c)(1), only one responsible source, which is for the minimum amount of time necessary for MDA/QS to develop its requirements.
