- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 sole source to Duratek Services, Inc. for 16 each demineralizer, with (8) each quantity options of disposable, pressure vessel; pre-loaded with activated charcoal, and/or HOH resin. This requirement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13.5, "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Award to be FOB: Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers will be established when the solicitation package is issued. The NAIC code is 333319, business size standard is 500 employees. Requests for a copy of this solicitation must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and sent to FISC, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Purchase Division, Code 531.4E, L. Waters, Bldg. 1500, 2nd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Fax, phone or e-mail requests are not authorized and will not be accepted. Numbered note 22 applies.
