- Description
- The Precision Strike Systems Program Office (WMG), Contracting Directorate (WMGK), Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, Florida is contemplating a sole source solicitation to Applied Systems Engineering Inc. (ASEI), 815 Bayshore Drive, Niceville FL 32758. The contractor will be required to provide weapon instrumentation check-out, data collection, real-time weapon health status, and post-mission data analysis for AAC/WMG in support of the Enhanced GBU-15 (EGBU-15) employment in the 2003 Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP 03). We are contemplating a basic contract with one option. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated period of performance for the basic contract is 6 1/2 months. The period of performance for the option to continue performance, will be 1 year (if it is exercised). A data package is not available for this acquisition. Interested firms may submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) to Lt Jacqueline Hurt, AAC /WMGK, 102 West D. Avenue, Suite B12, Eglin AFB FL 32542-6807. The SOC must include sufficient information to demonstrate the ability to use reverse engineering to perform the requirements as stated above. Review of the SOC will be based on the following factors: a) Reverse Engineering Capability, (b) Period of Performance and (c) Data Collection, documentation, analysis and file formatting. Respondents to this notice will be notified of evaluation results. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication. The NAIC code/Size Standards is 541511/$18M.
