Description

Bermuda Grass Release Herbicide Applications on Barksdale AFB: NAICS 561730. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and quality control necessary to perform spraying. The contractor shall make sure that personnel applying herbicides have all current and proper certifications necessary for herbicide application in the State of Louisiana. It is required that the applicator or applicators posses a Category 3 (Ornamental Lawn and Turf) license. The contractor shall provide all herbicide labels, MSDS?, and copies of licenses to contracting officer for approval as stated in AFI 32-1053 and DODI 4150.7. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans, LA Small-Business Administration District. (Definition: In Accordance with FAR Part 19.904. Offerors may not have more than 15 employees and may not have average annual receipts that exceed $1 million). Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no other offers received from a very small business concern this acquisition is then a 100% set-aside for a small business concern. Important notice you may not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database, (ref DFARS 252.204-7004), Required Central Contractor Registration.
