Description

The DSS Corporate Contracting Division intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Corporate Leadership Council of the Corporate Executive Board for a Corporate Leadership Council membership. The membership of this organization includes unlimited acess to proprietary council research for staff designated by the member Human Resource executive; A series of Annual Executive Retreats offering a unique opportunity to interact with the Council principals; On-site presentations of research of the most progressive Human Resource departments and customized to the Council member's organizational requirements; Assignment of short-answer custom research projects to Council staff; and Access to a custom project library of proprietary research. All responsible sources that can provide equivalent membership services shall submit written quotations by Monday, March 3, 2003. Organizations submitting quotes shall address the cost of the membership fee and a description of the services and materials included with the fee. Offerors may submit quotations by email to crystal_clark@hq.dla.mil or by fax at 703-767-1183, Attn: Crystal Clark. ALL QUOTES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:30P.M., EST, MONDAY, MARCH 3, 2003.
