Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal No. DCA300-03-Q-0003. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334119, 1,000 employees. Offeror must bid on the specific brand name and part number. The Government will accept refurbished equipment. Please specific availability of product. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 - NEC E1100+ MULTISYNC COLOR (21") MONITOR, 1 EACH; CLIN 0002 - HP LASERJET 8000 DN PRINTER, NON IMPACT B&W (30 PG/MIN) FORM, FIT, FUNCTION, 1 EACH; CLIN 0003 - COMPAX LNC02 COLOR LASER PRINTER, 1 EA. Delivery: FOB Destination Delivery Date: 17 MAR 03 Delivery Destination: DISA-PAC Bldg 107 Wright Avenue Wheeler AAF, HI 96854-5120 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the low, responsible, responsive offeror.
