Description

RFP Amendment 0002 is issued in order to extend the closing date of solicitation BEP-03-0016, answer questions submitted, and revise various pages in Section C and Section J. The date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended to MARCH 05, 2003 at 2 p.m. No other questions will be allowed. Written responses are to be sent to The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th and C Streets, SW, Attn Jill Kline, Room 705A, Washington, DC 20228. Fax 202-874-2200 e-mail.- jill.kline@ bep.treas.gov. If hand-carried, proposals must be delivered to the employee entrance at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 13th and C Streets, SW, Washington, D.C., called in advance for pick-up at extension 43246 and wait with the proposal until it is picked up by a representative of the Procurement office. The Office of Procurement will not be responsible for proposals left unattended with the police officers. Telephone requests for a copy of the quotation or quotations by telephone will not be honored.
