- This is an acquisition to obtain firm fixed price for a repair contract for the following items applicable to the HH60G Helicopter: Item 0001: NSN 6340-01-318-3876SO, Part Number: AL-9003-11, Noun: Voice Altitude Warning System, Quantity 5 ea. Item 0002: Data IAW DD Form 1423. There will be a basic option of 1-5 each. Sole Source to ACS- Avionics & Communication Systems, 15338 Valley Blvd., City of Industry, CA 91748-3335 CAGE: 1NSS0, Authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
