Description

Notice of Intent. CBD Note 22. To comply with FAR 5.101(a)(2). The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Litton Systems, Inc., Life Support Division (intended source), under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. However, all quotes/proposals received by 1500 on 07 Mar 03 CT will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to evaluate, repair, and upgrade the software of two Litton Monitor Test Sets in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications and the Statement of Work. Equipment List: Mfg: Litton; Model: #1045; NSN: 4920-01-375-8932. Period of Performance: Completion 60 Work Days from Contract Award Date.
