THE PRIMARY PERFORMANCE AREAS ARE: Zone - I - Whatcom County, Washington Zone - I I - Snohomish County, Washington Zone - III - King County, Washington Zone - IV - Pierce County, Washington Deadline to submit your Letter of Interest: March 6, 2003 Solicitation package will be available on or before March 21, 2003. POC: Momi Friedlander (206) 220-4688 or Dolor Alegrado (206) 220-5054. THIS PROCUREMENT ANNOUCEMENT IS BEING MADE UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. General Services Administration (GSA) will solicit competitive proposals, for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for general construction services with design/build capabilities to include: interior and exterior building construction and repair, alterations and enhancements including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, security, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, exterior restoration, waterproofing, re-pointing, cleaning, sealing and other repair/alterations or construction or demolition services as specified, design-build services, earthwork, miscellaneous drainage structures such as culverts and headwalls, pavement repair and construction and other miscellaneous minor civil work items. This negotiated procurement will be accomplished by using source selection procedures, which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government.
