Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to replace gas-fired furnaces at U.S. Coast Guard housing in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Major items of work shall include the following: Remove 14 gas-fired furnaces from 14 housing units with 14 new condensing gas-fired furnaces with PVC combustion air and vent piping. Provide and install new 4-inch thick pre-cast concrete housing pads under each new furnace. Clean interior of ductwork throughout each of the 14 housing units. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included. Estimated period of performance is 65 days after Notice To Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K.
