- This is an amendment to the Tera Hertz Operational Reachback (THOR) solicitation published on 10 Dec 01. The proposal due date has not been effected by this amendment. Proposals for this effort are still due by no later than 30 Jan 02, 4:00 p.m. local time. The following change is hereby made: Section C.1(a), Proposal Preparation Instructions, second sentence is revised to read "The proposals submitted may be subject to review by several support engineering and technical advisors (SETA) contractors to DARPA, namely Adroit Systems Incorporated, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, MITRE Corporation, Schafer Corporation, Aerospace Corporation and Digital Systems Resources, Inc (DSR)". All other conditions of this paragraph remain the same. Interested offerors may view and/or download the full BAA solicitation by accessing the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) homepage at http://www.eps.gov/.
