- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Ft. Myers, Florida The United States Government intends to award succeeding lease using other than full and open competition to C.S.L. and G. Development, Ltd. of Ft. Myers, Florida. The leases will be for 412 and 384 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a term of 5 years. Firms interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award these projects under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Patricia K. Singleton, Contracting Officer, at patriciak.singleton@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEY), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida, 33351. Any written comments are to be received by the Contracting Officer within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
